Jeff Dennis a Real Estate Developer and Founder of the R-Ranches of California purchased this "First and Favorite" of many Cadillacs for his Personal and Business Collection. Besides this 1969 Fleetwood Wagon he also owned a 1972 Fleetwood Wagon and a 1976 Fleetwood Wagon and several Eldorado Convertibles, this 1969 Station Wagon is the only Hardtop and the last cadillac from that collection.
